Customers may return items that they feel are not in the described condition or if they simply received the wrong item within 30 days of purchase. The customer has the option for either a full refund (including return standard shipping). or may request replacement stock if available. Refunds will be issued once returned items are received. If replacement stock is being sent instead of a refund, then the buyer will be refunded just the return postage paid for standard shipping.
